Over 18 years we have built up a wealth of experience, a vast warehouse bursting with beautiful fabrics, furniture, lighting and accessories and a talented team of creative people from our contemporary woodland studio, just 35 minutes from Belfast in Northern Ireland. With backgrounds in interior and theatrical design, hospitality, joinery and electrics, the multi-skilled team at Blue Moon have years of experience designing and delivering events of all shapes and sizes.

Blue Moon communicates and works seamlessly with other vendors, travelling the length and breadth of Ireland to deliver bespoke flawless events. From setup to breakdown, we handle all logistics so you can enjoy a stress-free celebration.
At the heart of everything we do is Rachael’s unfaltering passion, her integrity and a wildly imaginative mind dreaming up new ideas in the middle of the night! Quality is her mantra, it has to be the best, she would rather go without something than have a second rate version. She is also obsessed with fashion, particularly shoes and owns well over 100 pairs, all with leather soles. Adequate storage will always be an issue for our Curator/Magpie/Director Rachael!
Christine is the first person you will talk to, previously working within corporate events and with a background in hospitality, she knows all there is to putting on a successful event. She has impeccable style, is a really good communicator and will keep you on the right track at all times.
PJ is our gentle soul, a great joiner and general fixer of all things. He’s brilliant at thinking on his feet if we encounter a technical issue onsite.
Alex is a team player, she has the sweetest smile, even when we start work at the crack of dawn. She has the constitution of an ox and the heart of a lion. No request is too much and being a newly wed herself, she particularly enjoys working on weddings
We love Courtney because she is a natural leader and takes responsibility for all things logistics and won’t leave a job until it’s absolutely perfect. She specialises in all things electric, is very creative and the glue of the team
